Case Management Accreditation

CHF funded agencies delivering case management services must become accredited through the process facilitated by the Canadian Accreditation Council.

The CHF will cover general accreditation fees directly, with some exceptions, for funded programs.

Please consult the Accreditation Manual setting out both the standards and the process for accreditation.
