CAC welcomes new Executive Committee members 

The Nominations and Recruitment Committee would like to thank all of the candidates who stepped forward as nominees to represent the diversity of our community in the work towards ending homelessness in Calgary. The March election of the Executive resulted in three incoming members, Andrea Silverstone, Leslie McMechan and Robert Perry to replace the outgoing Executive Committee members. The new members join Chair Barry Davidson who was acclaimed for another term and ongoing member Stacey Petersen in serving on the Executive.

Ending Homelessness in Calgary through Community Empowerment.

Mission

To provide a collective, community voice which recommends strategy and direction to the Calgary Homeless Foundation in support of Calgary’s 10 Year Plan to End Homelessness.

Sector Chairs/Co-chairs 

The CAC Sectors are a very important way for agencies serving similar demographics to network, collaborate and work together strategically. They are also primary means of communication between service providers and the Calgary Homeless Foundation (CHF). Sector Chairs and Co-chairs facilitate timely communication and consultation between each Sector and the CAC and CHF.
