CAC Nominations and Recruitment Committee seeks future leaders

The Nominations and Recruitment Committee is seeking nominations from people who are interested in running for election to one of four open positions on the CAC Executive Committee. The positions are: Chair and three general directors.  The positions will be elected by a vote of the Sector chairs; however, a candidate does not have to be a sector chair to run for the position.  Please consider allowing your name to stand for election so the Executive Committee can reflect the diversity of our community in our work towards ending homelessness in Calgary. Ending Homelessness in Calgary through Community Empowerment.

Mission

To provide a collective, community voice which recommends strategy and direction to the Calgary Homeless Foundation in support of Calgary’s 10 Year Plan to End Homelessness.

Sector Chairs/Co-chairs 

The CAC Sectors are a very important way for agencies serving similar demographics to network, collaborate and work together strategically. They are also primary means of communication between service providers and the Calgary Homeless Foundation (CHF). Sector Chairs and Co-chairs facilitate timely communication and consultation between each Sector and the CAC and CHF.
