The CHF acts on behalf of the Government of Alberta to fund Housing First programs delivered agencies in support of the 10 Year Plan. Programs who are currently funded are asked to submit a completed Schedule A and B to renew their agreement. This requirement also applies for programs with multi-year agreements to allow programs to reflect any changes required for the 2012-13 year.
