Contract Renewals

The CHF acts on behalf of the Government of Alberta to fund Housing First programs delivered agencies in support of the 10 Year Plan. The following information is provided for currently funded agencies. If you are interested in learning more about the programs funded by the CHF, please visit our Programs page.

2012 Submissions

Programs who are currently funded are asked to submit a completed Schedule A and B to renew their agreement.  This requirement also applies for programs with multi-year agreements to allow programs to reflect any changes required for the 2012-13 year.  If your agency has any questions about the documents please contact your Program Specialist.
