Accessing Program Funding
The Calgary Homeless Foundation funds agencies in support of Calgary’s Plan to End Homelessness. Funding is awarded based on the quality of proposals received and the contribution to Calgary’s homeless-serving system-of-care.
We fund programs through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
We award contracts for activities that support the plan through an Invitation to Bid (ITB) process.

Invitation to Bid (ITB)
Through an Invitation to Bid (ITB) process, we award contracts for activities that support Calgary’s Plan to End Homelessness. An ITB allows the quick deployment of resources in support of the homeless-serving system of care through an open tendering process.
Invitation to Bid: Fee-for-Service Evaluation
This ITB, Reference 17ITB11, issued by Calgary Homeless Foundation is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of Program Evaluation services in regards to a Fee-for-Service model.
