We aim to provide all stakeholders with transparency and accountability. Any complaints or concerns with CHF can be anonymously reported through an external whistleblower line at (403) 214-1821.
Client grievances can be phoned into Calgary Homeless Foundation (CHF) Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Please leave a detailed message indicating your name, phone number or email address, the agency or company you are affiliated with and the details of your grievance. Please note that we always ask that you complete the full grievance procedure with the agency you have a concern with before escalating to a third party such as CHF.
