Volunteering with the Calgary Homeless Foundation
Homelessness is an issue that impacts us all, and we are actively seeking enthusiastic and passionate volunteers to donate their time for special projects and initiatives that will help end homelessness in Calgary.
The next volunteer opportunity with the Calgary Homeless Foundation will be to build a playground. See details below:
PHC10 takes place November 20 at the Suncor Energy Centre
The Calgary Homeless Foundation recruits more than 120 volunteers to help during each PHC. Please check back in mid October for PHC10 volunteer registration.

Volunteer to Help Build a Playground
We’re looking for 100+ enthusiastic people, 18 or older, to help us turn a playground plan and equipment into a fun place to play at Acadia Place, an affordable housing complex for families.
You don’t need to have construction skills, just a willingness to help out. Your Build Captain will provide you with all the information you need to know. And, we'll have the final playground inspected to ensure safety.
Thank you for everyone who has volunteered. Volunteer registration is now closed.
