About PHC

At PHC, those at risk of or experiencing homelessness in Calgary can access support from more than 45 agencies and service providers all in one location. This free event provides a number of services, including: legal advice and help getting identification; mental health and addictions counselling; information on income support; employment counselling; housing information; a variety of medical services and more. Those attending can also receive free haircuts, comfort kits (toiletries, socks, mitts and toques), clothing and a nutritious, hot lunch. Read more.

PHC13

Approximately 884 Calgarians experiencing or at risk of homelessness received services and supports from 49 agencies at PHC13, held on November 19, 2011. Thank you to the volunteers and agency reps for making the event a success. Services (all free) included clothing distribution, comfort kits, haircuts, HMIS intake, lunch, chiropractic treatment and eyecare.
