Whistleblowers
To report a complaint about stakeholder transparency and accountability, please contact us through our anonymous external whistleblower line at (403) 214-1821. You can also view our whistleblower policy.
Grievances
If you are a program participant and have a grievance with the agency delivering the program, please call our client grievance line at (403) 237-6456.
Remember to leave a detailed message with your name, phone number or email address, the name of the agency and the details of your grievance. We always ask you to complete the agency’s full grievance procedure before escalating your concern to us.
