How Do I Create a Community-Led Fundraising Event?

• Build a committee of friends, family, and co-workers.
• Take time to learn about Calgary Homeless Foundation and the work your event will be supporting. This will help encourage others to get involved.
• Know your target market. It’s important to think about who will be attending your event, as that could alter the time of your event, the venue, the activities and how you promote your event.
